Prior to listing your home we will meet with you to strategize about any necessary steps that should be taken prior to listing such as staging, repairs, and other maintenance items.
We will also conduct a thorough competitive market analysis to determine the highest realistic sales price of your home.
Once we’ve determined the projected sales price of your home we prepare a net proceeds report taking into account local excise tax, mortgage balances and title/escrow fees so you have a clear understanding of what your net proceeds will be at the time of closing.
